Terms and Conditions – 2jay Online Gaming Platform Pakistan

Welcome to 2jay — Pakistan's dedicated online gaming and sports betting platform at 2jay.biz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 2jay ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They cover everything from account registration and deposits to game rules, bonus conditions and responsible gaming obligations.

2jay is built specifically for Pakistani players. Everything on this platform — the games, the payment methods, the currency — is designed with Pakistani users in mind. These Terms reflect that same local-first approach: written in plain English that any Pakistani player can understand, without burying important rules in legal language that requires a lawyer to interpret.

By registering an account on 2jay, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game or using any feature of the 2jay platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 2jay platform. Continued use of 2jay after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use a 2jay account you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2jay does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit or participate in any real-money activity on the platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, shared accounts and accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of any person employed by 2jay or any of its affiliate partners.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, either voluntarily through 2jay or through any other self-exclusion scheme that applies to online gaming activity.

2jay reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 2jay. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your 2jay account you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and mobile phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jay login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted on your account using your login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 2jay account — do not reuse a password from another service.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available on your 2jay account settings.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact 2jay support immediately at support@2jay.biz if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2jay will never ask you for your password via email, SMS or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from 2jay that requests your password should be reported to support immediately.

All transactions on 2jay are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2jay does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits: Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 2jay account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits via IBFT may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing times. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for most payment methods.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 2jay within the timeframes shown in the table below. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been previously verified on your account. We do not send withdrawals to accounts in a name different from the registered account holder.

2jay does not charge platform fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — 2jay has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party payment charges.

2jay offers promotional bonuses and rewards to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time they are issued. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific bonus term, the specific bonus term takes precedence for that promotion only.

Key rules that apply to all 2jay bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated when the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are valid for a specific period stated at the time of offer. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are automatically removed from the account.
• One welcome bonus per household, IP address and payment method. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a violation of the one-account rule.
• 2jay reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and met initial conditions will be communicated with directly regarding any material changes.
• Free bets and free spins credited as part of a promotion are for use on specified games or markets only. They may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

If you are unsure whether a specific wager qualifies for bonus wagering requirements, contact 2jay support before placing the bet. We cannot retroactively adjust wagering contribution calculations.

2jay is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jay platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage at any game table, particularly Teen Patti, card games or other multiplayer formats.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional terms in ways that are clearly contrary to the spirit of the promotion — including structuring bets solely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus churning").
• Fraud and chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to 2jay, or using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, exploit software or any other unauthorised tool to interact with the 2jay platform.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account as described in Section 3.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have advance knowledge of a manipulated outcome, or being involved in any scheme to influence sporting results for betting gain.

2jay employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If our systems flag an account for investigation, we reserve the right to pause withdrawals and limit account activity during the review period.

All games and betting markets available on 2jay are governed by specific rules applicable to each game type or sport. These rules are accessible within the platform before you place any bet or join any game. By placing a bet or joining a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that activity.

Sports Betting: Bets are settled according to official results as published by the relevant sporting body. 2jay reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, obvious pricing errors, event cancellations, incomplete matches (where applicable rules do not provide for a result) or evidence of result manipulation.

Card Games and Table Games: All outcomes in Teen Patti, Ludo, slots, Baccarat and other games on 2jay are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG is independently tested to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. 2jay does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

Disconnection Policy: If you experience a disconnection during a game, 2jay's platform will attempt to reconnect you within a set window. For games where a decision is required within a time limit, the auto-action feature will apply if reconnection is not completed in time. 2jay will not reverse game results due to disconnections caused by a player's own internet connection or device.

2jay is fully committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all account holders, available at any time from your account settings — no waiting periods, no service charges:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limits can be decreased immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic in-session notifications showing elapsed play time and net session results.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanent closure.

Key data practices relevant to all 2jay account holders:

• Personal data collected at registration (name, date of birth, contact details) is used for account management, identity verification and responsible gaming purposes.
• Transaction data is retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations and for dispute resolution purposes.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 2jay platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence is immediately revoked upon any breach of these Terms or termination of your account.

2jay provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We take all reasonable steps to ensure consistent availability and accurate game and odds data, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors at all times.

2jay's liability to any player in relation to their use of the platform is limited to the return of genuine deposits made to the player's account, minus any amounts already withdrawn. 2jay is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses, including losses arising from missed betting opportunities due to platform downtime, data errors or connection failures.

You may close your 2jay account at any time by contacting support@2jay.biz. Any genuine balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be refunded to your last verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframes.

2jay may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of any prohibited conduct described in Section 6
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation
• Fraudulent or disputed payment activity
• Breach of any material term of this agreement
• Regulatory or legal requirements that prevent continued service to a specific account

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 2jay reserves the right to forfeit any balance attributable to the breach (such as bonus winnings obtained through abuse or deposits subject to active chargeback disputes). Legitimate deposits and winnings from compliant activity will not be forfeited without written explanation.

2jay reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — 2jay will provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification to affected account holders.

Continuing to use the 2jay platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
